David E. Nienow

David E. Nienow, 64,  of Pleasant Grove,MN  died unexpectedly on Monday (May 8, 2023) of an apparent cardiac arrest,  at his home.

David Earl Nienow was born on July 28, 1958 in Rochester,MN to Ronald and Sara (Eishen) Nienow. He grew up with his family in rural Pleasant Grove,  attended Stewartville schools, graduating from Stewartville HS in 1976. He was employed with Arnold’s Supply as a custodian at IBM in Rochester for a few years and then was employed as a custodian at Walmart North in Rochester for many years until  his retirement. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, watched TV sports and enjoyed  time spent with his friends and family.

David is survived by his sister – Cheryl Clement(David Hengel) of Rochester,MN and brother – Robert Nienow(Pam Weber) of Brownsdale,MN; brother-in-law – Carl VonWald of Rochester;  2 nieces and 5 nephews – Trayton Clement, Troy Clement, Kristopher Nienow, Brandon Nienow, Allegra Nienow , Joshua(Tanya) Nienow,  Stephanie(Josh) Burris and step-son – Chad  McQouradale. . He was preceded in death by his parents,  sister – Phyllis VonWald and special friend – Carol McQouradale.
