Duane F. Hall

Duane  F. Hall, 66, of  Stewartville,MN  died on Saturday (December 18,  2021) following a lengthy illness, at Mayo Clinic Rochester – St. Marys Campus, where he had been a patient for the past week.

Duane Francis Hall was born on November 3, 1955 in Rochester,MN to Robert and Dorothy (Bakken) Hall. He grew up in Stewartville,  attended  school there,  graduating from Stewartville H.S. in 1973. He worked construction, farmed and drove truck most of  his life. Duane was married on June 30, 1979 to Diane M. Severson. Following  their  marriage the couple lived in Oronoco for a number of years and were later divorced. He enjoyed snowmobiling,  trucking and spending time with his grand-daughters.

He is survived by 1 daughter and 1 son – Jennifer(Jason) Soland and grand-daughters – Quinn and Charlie of Decorah,IA and Jerry Hall of rural Grand Meadow,MN;  2 sisters and 1 brother – Don(Pam) Hall of New Prague; Marge(Vic) Christensen of  Coon Rapids,MN and Marilyn Schroeder of Rochester,MN.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
