Logan J. Moyer

Logan J. Moyer, 19, of Stewartville,MN died unexpectedly on Friday (December 12, 2025) in Stewartville. A funeral service for Logan will take place on Saturday (December 20, 2025) at 12:00 PM at Grace Evangelical Free Church in Stewartville with Rev. Andrew Langseth officiating. A private family burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Stewartville. A time of visitation for family and friends will take place from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Grace Evangelical Free Church.

Logan Jay Moyer was born on July 17, 2006 in Rochester,MN to Nick and Jennifer(Shipton) Moyer. He  grew up in Stewartville where he attended school and graduated from  Stewartville HS in 2024. He was attending Rochester Community College taking courses to someday become an MRI Tech. Logan was a member of the Stewartville Tigers Wrestling Team and had begun assistant coaching in his senior year of high school. He attended Sunday services at Grace Evangelical Free church with his family. Logan was an avid fisherman, enjoyed playing cards and video games  and followed the Vikings. He loved time spent with all of his large family, especially his parents and his brother - Zac.

Logan is survived by his parents – Nick and Jen and his brother Zac all of Stewartville; paternal grandparents – Jay(Ronda) Geary of Chouteau,OK; maternal grandmother – Carolyn Shipton of Spring Valley,MN; paternal grandmother – Carri Moyer of Stewartville,MN and paternal grandfather – Bob Shipton of Spring Valley,MN; many aunts and uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather – Robert Moyer, great grandparents – Mary Geary, Sharon Smith and Ralph Smith  and great aunt – Dianne Sikkink.
